Simple, elegant solutions are more effective, but they are harder to find than complex ones, and they require more time, which we too often believe to be unaffordable”.

It’s incredible how easy it is to declutter your thoughts and overcome procrastination with only a few basic actions.

    Procrastination can cause a decrease in life happiness over time; it’s not simply about delaying decisions.
